EGR COOLER > REMOVAL

1. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the radiator assembly (Click here).



2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the air cleaner hose.



3. REMOVE ENGINE COVER ASSEMBLY

  1. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the engine cover.



4. REMOVE EGR WITH COOLER PIPE ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the 2 connectors and disengage the wire harness clamp.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts.

  1. Disconnect the 2 connectors and disengage the 2 wire harness clamps.

  1. Disconnect the vacuum hose, No. 2 oil cooler hose and No. 2 water by-pass hose.

  1. Remove the bolt and separate the No. 1 vacuum transmitting pipe sub-assembly.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts, 2 nuts and the EGR with cooler pipe assembly.

  1. Remove the 2 gaskets from the cylinder head and electric EGR control valve.



5. REMOVE EGR PIPE CONNECTOR

  1. Remove the bolt , 2 nuts and EGR pipe connector.

  1. Remove the 2 gaskets and EGR by-pass valve assembly from the EGR with cooler pipe assembly.
